Processing purposes and legal basis: The data processing takes place for the purpose of contract initiation and contract execution. The processing of your data is required in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for the performance of a contract.

We also collect and use your data for our legitimate business interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter 5 GDPR when we send you information about products and services that are similar to those you have previously purchased. If you have consented to receiving marketing via email, we will also send you information on other products and services.

Processing purposes and legal basis: The processing of the data that we have received from you takes place for the purpose of possible contract initiation in the context of specific advertisements or speculative applications. The data processing is necessary for the decision on the establishment of the employment relationship, the special legal basis results from Art. 88 Para. 1 GDPR i. V. m. § 26 Abs. 1 BDSG (new).
